Hidden Line
Foreground Wireframe
In the example below a 3D part is shown in Hidden Line view. Profiles, Edges and Surfaces are shown. In this example, the Rendering Type and the Rendering Mode is set to Hidden Line . No Foreground Wireframe options are selected.
Nonrenderable Objects
In the example below, a 3D part is shown with the Nonrenderable Objects activated in the Foreground Wireframe options. This produces a result whereby the edges and surfaces are shown, as well as objects that would not normally be considered 'renderable', for example, sketch profiles. No hidden lines in the interior of the part are shown.
Renderable Objects
In the example below, a 3D part is shown with the Renderable Objects activated in the Foreground Wireframe options. This produces a result whereby the exterior and interior edges and surfaces are shown. 2D sketch profiles are not shown using this option.
Both renderable and non-renderable Foreground Wireframe options can be selected, which produces a result shown below.
Hidden Line rendering using nonrenderable and rendable options
Suppress Hidden Line
The Suppress Hidden Line option allows nonrenderable and renderable objects to be produced while showing surfaces and edges which would normally be obscured by other objects in the current view.
NOTE : This option can only be used if the Renderable Objects option is activated.
